Our flock originated in 1993, when I purchased 15
ewe lambs with Hill Country, Harrell and
Cabaniss breeding.  Our first ram was a 411 Hill
Country son purchased from Teddy Harrison,
Carnegie, OK.

Since then we were fortunate to find and use four
great sires that are now the base of our ewe
flock. Lee Davis, Austin, TX sold us our first ram
called Ole Blue, who was the sire of Gail
Christian's Blue Duck in Texas.  This Joe Harrell
bred buck really got us into the winning circle by
producing outstanding females.

We purchased a second buck from Lee Davis
named Choo Choo.   He was another Joe Harrell
bred buck sired by Vegas and a Rascal
daughter.  His females brought our flock to the
next level.

Before Lee Davis passed away he sold us a buck
lamb out of Passem Up (Tony Wenfry bred) and a
Choo Choo daughter that we call Grizzly.
Needless to say Lee Davis helped us more than
we could ever imagine and we miss him.

We were able to purchase Escalade from
Dwayne Hurliman in 2005, which was another
Joe Harrell bred buck sired by Pistol Pete and a
Bodacious ewe.  We kept a son that we called
Escalade XL out of a Cabaniss bred ewe that
produced excellent mothers.

In 2007 we purchased a blue buck called Red
Bull, bred by Kent Langemeier.  He is sired by
Grand Slam (Millionaire x Shell 212) and a Shell
bred ewe that has three shots of Harrell 120 in
her pedigree.  Another great piece to add to an
already rich Harrell genetics flock.

In 2008 we purchased  Hot n Ready from Andy
Turner at the 2008 Black and White Sale.
Sired by Pizza Pizza (Popgun Son x Caesar’s
Mom) back on a Pizza Pizza Dam. In 2009 we
purchased two more hamp bred sheep.  One a
Ceaser Son that we call Cicero and the other a
Phoenix Son with Ceaser blood on both sides of
his pedigree.

In 2010 we purchased a Marcantel 33 son  from
Ben Marcantel with Morris Pierson Club Lambs.
We call him Boudin. He has put more muscle and
rib shape in our blue sheep with more bone and
shag.  We have an outstanding group of ewes
out of this ram.

For 2012 we have just purchased  a True Blood
Son with Covel/Triple S Club Lambs from
Wheaton Club Lambs.  He is a full brother to 1-Up
(owned by Feller Club Lambs, Indiana).  His sire
True Blood is a Marcantel 33 son.  His dam is
Miller 3761 (Masterpiece x Buckmaster).  We feel
this Wheaton 0-172 ram will cross well with
Boudin ewes as well as our Ceaser bred ewes.
